Wiltshire Council welcome you to their first edition of their 'Moving on' transition newsletter.
The transition process is a critical time for young people with additional needs and their families. It marks the move from school to adult life and from children to adult services. ‘Moving on’ aims to provide parents, carers and professionals with up-to-date information on transition in Wiltshire, keeping everyone informed of changes, events and progress. They aim to publish 'Moving on' quarterly.
