Making a Complaint

We hope to provide you with a quality service, however should you have a complaint we would like to know.

The first thing you can do if you have a complaint is tell a member of staff or the Team Leader of the service. They can probably sort the problem out straight away.

If you are still not satisfied, or if you do not wish to talk about your complaint to local staff, you can write to the Chair of the Trustees. This will mean that your complaint will be dealt with formally under ask's Complaints Procedure.

You can request that your complaint be looked at again by a Review Panel, if you are still not satisfied.

You have a right to complain if you are a customer or recipient of any of ask's services. You can, if you want to, ask someone to help you make your complaint. This could be a friend, a member of your family, or someone from an independent organisation e.g. Citizens Advice Bureau or Council for Voluntary Service.

Send formal complaints in writing to:

The Chair of Trustees

Please mark your envelope "CONFIDENTIAL".
